Columbia University Data Description

The data from Columbia University are Methylation Landscape of the Human Genome. They characterized the methylation landscape of the human genome by global analysis of patterns of CpG depletion and by direct sequencing of un-methylated domains and methylated domains from human brain DNA (Rollins et al., 2006).
